We ship only within the United States via USPS.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Orders can also be picked up at our shop.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Once your order has been processed by PayPal, it will be shipped.

Returns
Return Policy
When you place your order, please remember that colors on your computer monitor may not reproduce exactly since there are varying monitor settings. We are not responsible for how the colors display on your monitor.
We do not accept returns on patterns, needles, books or sale yarns. Returns are accepted only if item is in its original condition, within 30 days of purchase, along with the original sales receipt or packing slip. WE CHARGE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS. The package must be shipped insured for the purchase price along with a tracking number. Return shipping costs are not covered by Whippletree Yarn Shop. We are not responsible for return items lost during shipping.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return it for store credit or replacement with a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase.
To return an item, please email us to obtain a return authorization number at info@whippletreeyarn.com.
We will not accept a return without this number. We will email you this number, along with shipping instructions.
